Giacomo 1 and Giacomo 2 (each having accommodation for 4, with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom)
Located on the 1st floor of the farmhouse, these apartments have a living room with a TV and kitchen area; a double sofa bed and a dining area; a double bedroom; and a bathroom with a shower.
Giacomo 4 (accommodation for 6, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms).
This unit is built on the ground floor of the farmhouse, having a living room (with TV and kitchen area), double sofa bed, dining area, double bedroom, and bathroom with a shower. Climbing up 2 steps, there is another double bedroom with an attached bathroom equipped with a shower. This level has direct access to the garden as well, where this apartment has its own private and fully furnished garden.
Giacomo 5, Giacomo 6 and Giacomo 7 (accommodation for 2, with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom)
Giacomo 5 is a disable friendly unit as it is located in one of the outbuildings near the main farmhouse and is built on one level only. Other than this difference, all 3 of these apartment are alike, built within different outbuildings, with their floor plans being similar to the ground floor of Giacomo 4. Each of these units has its own fully furnished outdoor area as well.
Giacomo 8 (accommodation for 6, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom)
This apartment is on the 2nd floor of the farmhouse with the main level containing a kitchen and dining area, a living room with a TV and double sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Going down 2 steps, guests can reach the double bedroom and twin-bedded room in this unit.
All of the apartments have indoor heating facilities and have windows screens installed.
All guests can avail the property facilities, which include; a large garden with a swimming pool and open air shower area, a barbeque area, parking in the grounds, and an outdoor bread oven. There are also many common areas on the property where you can meet the residents of other units. These areas include; the large TV room (equipped with a DVD player) in the ground floor of the house, the common room within the farmhouse with a large fireplace, and a restaurant where exceptionally cooked local recipes can be consumed by guests of the property only.
Property owners can provide baby beds, maid services, and mountain bikes for rent at additional costs. You can also request the arrangement of boating, horse riding, biking or hiking tours to explore the surrounding areas. Tasting tours for local wine and other produce can also be organized upon request.
You can also bring your pets along for the stay by paying extra charges and can avail cooked meals served at fixed times if needed.
