La Villa Hotel

The Antico Borgo San Martino was built in the 19th century and its original architecture has been maintained along with its paintings and other decorations. The Villa Hotel is surrounded by vegetation and is furnished in a rustic Tuscan style with frescoes decorating the walls. The building contains 32 bed chambers and portrays a romantic ambiance that makes it the perfect setting for a wedding reception.

The Standard Room can accommodate two people and is equipped with two single or one double bed; the Family Room can provide accommodation for 4 persons in a single room, which is equipped with one double and two single beds; whereas, the Deluxe Room is built to accommodate 2 to 3 people in a 2-person standard room that is more elaborately decorated or has a separate living room, with a sofa bed provided for the third individual.

All the rooms are fully furnished and equipped a mini-bar, telephone, satellite TV and a private bathroom. However, there is no air-conditioning available at the hotel.

Il Cigliere Hotel

The Il Cigliere Hotel is a newly constructed structure near the spa of the hotel. It consists of 24 double-bed rooms that can accommodate 1 or 2 people. They are all equipped with modern facilities, such as, satellite television, mini bar, air conditioning, telephone, as well as an individual bathroom.

Il Frantoio & Il Granaio Residence

These two farmhouses named, Il Frantoio and Il Granaio are located near the Villa Hotel and contain 24 apartments of varying sizes that have need built in recent times. The apartments are fit for a stay of 2 to 6 people; with the Monolocali being studio or one-room apartments for 2-4 people; the Bilocali being two-room apartments for 2-4 people and the Trilocale being a three-room apartment for a maximum number of 6 people.

All the apartments have a small kitchen in them and include the facilities of lighting, water and gas for cooking, along with towels and bed linens.

The facilities provided to the guests at the Antico Borgo San Martino include an unguarded private parking area, a central barbeque pit, the swimming pool with a separate pool for children, the use of the soccer field and the tennis table and access to the children’s playground located within the resort. Pets can also be kept at the hotel at an additional charge.

The resort premises also include a restaurant, a pizzeria, a bar, a conference room, a spa, as well as a laundry area. Babysitting services are also provided on request.

For touring the area on bikes, mountain bikes can be rented from the resort and excursions and trips can also be booked from the reception to the nearby tourist cities in Tuscany. The tours can be made by bus, by ferry or in a wooden sailing boat and the mode of transport is entirely based on your preferences.
